ABOUT DA PAOLO
Da Paolo first opened its humble trattoria on Tanjong Pagar Road in 1989, named after Chef & Founder Paolo Scarpa. Together with his Singaporean wife, Judie, they poured their passion into bringing honest-to-goodness Italian cooking and warm hospitality to everyone who walked through their doors. Soon, Da Paolo became a household name, and sparked an interest in Italian dining in Singapore, opening more restaurants over the years.
In 2010, the couple handed over the reins of the company to their children and son-in-law. Led by the second generation, Da Paolo continues to grow, building upon the trust of customers both old and new, while remaining committed to serving authentic Italian fare.
