ARRIVAL TIME - Masterclasses begin at 9am and finish at 5pm. Workshops begin are 3.5 hours and generally start at 9am or 2pm. We advise students to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their class or workshop starts. During full-day masterclasses, there is a one-hour lunch break.

EQUIPMENT - There is no need to bring anything with you - all equipment is provided - and every student is presented with a Master Florist In Residence apron and goodie bag to take home. You may want to bring a notepad and pen if you'd like to make notes.

LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS - Lunch is provided for the 2-day Masterclass only.  There is a large, fully functional kitchen onsite for your useage - and lots of eateries nearby. Light refreshments such as tea, coffee and snacks are provided throughout the day (including workshops).

GETTING TO THE ATELIER & CO.- We're located at 2 Alexandra Road, Delta House, 8th Floor, Singapore 159919.  The Atelier & Co. is centrally located with excellent transport links including Tiong Bahru Plaza MRT Station which is just a 7-10minute walk away. Buses Available: 51, 122, 139, 186, 970; all stops within 1-block of The Atelier & Co. Ride-hailing service, Grab, is also a convenient mode of transport.

CERTIFICATES - Students who complete THE 2-DAY MASTERCLASS will receive a MASTER FLORIST IN RESIDENCE certificate on completion of the course, signed by the Master Florist.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES FROM OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE - Feel free to reach out to our team at to arrange for alternative payment options, such as bank transfer.

ACCREDITATION - You will receive a The Floral Atelier designed certificate signed by the Master Florist for the Masterclass. We are currently not accredited as an official floristry school. However a The Floral Atelier Master Florist in Residence Masterclass completion certificate should serve as a foundation for professional florists.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY - All registrations, purchases, enrollment into any workshops or masterclass, are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.  In the case of a workshop or masterclass cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.  By purchasing a workshop or masterclass, you agree to this purchase policy.  Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the workshop or masterclass, date, time and location.  All workshops and masterclasses are subject to rescheduling and or cancellation should there be insufficient number of sign-ups and or participants, at the sole discretion of The Atelier & Co. AGE RESTRICTIONS - The school can only admit people aged 18 and over.

TRANSLATORS - Our lessons are delivered in English with demonstrations and teachers to support your learning.

FLOWERS AND CLASS MATERIAL - All of our lessons will feature flowers from our trusted suppliers and embrace the season. All other class material and supply will be provided to you. You get to take home your arrangements and the flowers used.

PHOTOGRAPHY - You can't bring your own photographer, however, please feel free to take photos yourself. We have a photographer that will attend certain lessons to document your journey with us, if you do not want to be in any photos, please let us know.
