STORY: On the tails of one of the strangest years ever, the 2022 growing season was relatively normal…until the final months. Heavy rains during ripening and harvest, combined with a moderate conch, gives rise to a fruit-forward bar of To'ak chocolate—blackberry marmalade, nutty caramel.
PAIRING RECOMMENDATIONS: Wine, PX sherry, rum, Zacapa 23 rum, whisky, and rye whisky pair especially well with this edition, though a broad range of whiskies also complement it beautifully. For cheese pairings, mild brie, triple-cremes, and Alpine-style cheeses are excellent choices.
